Order Cancellations:
Items may, within reason, be cancelled once an order has been placed; custom orders, ie., built to order, cannot be cancelled once the item has been started. After you receive your order, simply follow our return instructions or call customer service during normal business hours.
Return Policy:
We are unable to offer refunds on custom products. All non-custom products can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund; return requests after 7 days, but up until 30 days, will be subject to approval.
All products must be unused and undamaged to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
To obtain a return authorization, please contact us through the contact form on our website.
Items must be shipping back to us via a prepaid, insured and trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for returns that we do not receive. We will not accept COD’s of third party billing for returned merchandise; all COD packages will be refused.
In the event that an item is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipper/carrier or Customer Service during normal business hours.
Sales Tax:
A sales tax of 6.75% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Ohio.
Shipping Methods and Costs:
Shipping Method for an individual order, and the associated costs, can vary based on the following conditions:
- Size and Weight of the Order
- State of Destination
- APO or FPO Military Address
During checkout you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. Orders placed on peanutandknucklehead.com will be delivered via FedEx or USPS Standard. Orders placed to APO or FPO military addresses, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands will be delivered USPS Standard only. Your total shipping charges will automatically calculate during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
The majority of our items are made to order, therefore, you will only have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (ie., next day service) on INSTOCK ITEMS ONLY, and within the contiguous 48 states. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order will ship within 24 hours or processing, or you will be notified of any delay.

Shipping Rules & Regulations:
- FedEx Ground orders are shipped Tuesday thru Friday, excluding major holidays, within the U.S.
- Orders shipping to APO/FPO military addresses, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands may only be shipped via USPS Standard and cannot be expedited. Please allow 5-7 business days for the product to arrive at the U.S. military post office box.
- We cannot guarantee delivery times after the order leaves our studio.
- Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can only ship via FedEx Ground at a premium rate.
- All regular and expedited orders require a correct street address in order for your delivery to be made on time.
Tracking your order:
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are shipped from our studio and will appear on our website under Order Tracking along with your order information.
Tracking availability may vary depending upon the shipping method selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering your order.
